thierry-cuttingTrained in Paris, our Chef Thierry Aujard was raised essentially in one of the world’s largest pastry manufacturing plants in France. His mother, who worked there, immersed him in the world of pastry craftsmanship; it’s only fitting that it would one day become his life’s passion.


His experience includes:

  • Countless hours at the world famous La Tour D’Argent and the Pavillon Ledoyen
  • Pastry Chef for Jimmy Duffy’s, an exclusive caterer since 1932 for the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts
  • Competitor in the 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2011 U.S. Paris Gourmet Pastry Chef of the Year Competition in New York
  • Competitor in the 2009 National Pastry Team Championship with Team Millican, where the judges were so impressed with the perseverance of the team, they received a Sportsmanship Award
  • Assisted on two Food Network Challenges, receiving great accolades
